Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Custom-made items or designs including personal text, will not be eligible for returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unused, show no signs of wear, and be in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you can send the item back using your preferred shipping method. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the error is on our part, a replacement shipment will of course be free of charge.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items, such as custom orders or personalized collections, cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on gift cards.
EU 14-day withdrawal period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with no signs of wear, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
